100 day celebrations are fairly common in Chinese, Korean, and Japanese families. It’s a traditional celebration that marks the first 3 months of life for a new baby. Earlier this summer I had the chance to capture some images for Kailyn’s 100 day celebration in Vancouver which included many friends, family, and a new tradition of smashing a cake, a new tradition of smashing a cake on a baby’s first birthday. Hope you enjoy some of these fun and adorable images of Kailyn’s party, her family did an incredible job of setting up a backdrop for me to capture her and the ensuing cake smash.
